TOPJOBSEEKERS ("we", "us") connects job seekers in Kenya with overseas employment opportunities. This policy explains what information we collect when you create an account or submit a CV, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Contact details: full name, email, phone number
Profile details: current country, highest level of education, job category interests
Your CV/resume file and any information it contains
For employers: company name and contact information

How We Use Your Information

To match you with relevant job vacancies and share your CV with approved employers when you apply
To contact you about the status of your applications
To improve the accuracy of job matching on the platform

Who Can See Your Information

Your CV and application details are visible to approved employer accounts on the platform once you apply to a role, and to TOPJOBSEEKERS staff for verification and support purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with access restricted by row-level security so that job seekers can only view their own records, and employers can only view candidates who have applied.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at topjobsseekers@gmail.com.
